They all work. The pipe is better than most cigarettes, but the screwdriver is the best. When the cold goes away- immediately start the nicotine gum. Do this for the next three monhs and you will never think about another cigarette again. I was a 2 pack/day smoker for 22 years, and quit this simple way. Just do it and never look back. Two years later- food tastes incredible, I sleep like a rock, and I can ride my bicycle 75 miles/week. The best thing is no more awful, hacking coughs!!! When you get a cold…stop cold turkey.
