If its really new there may be a break in period for the atomizer. If that's the issue, it should perform better in a day or 2. It also could be that you have overfilled the cartridge. Too much liquid will flood the atomizer and inhibit performance. If you think thats the case, take the atomizer off and blow out the excess fluid from the battery end, (so the liquid will run out of the end you put the cartridge on) into a tissue or something.
